Shipping and Handling

We use Toll, Fastway Couriers & Australia Post for all our shipping.

Although every step has been taken to calculate freight charges at the time of order, if an order is bulky and an additional charge needs to be added, our customers will be contacted before being charged.

If our customer does not agree with the additional handling charges, a refund will be given in full.

BULK ITEM SHIPPING SURCHARGES

Items over 1.2m but under 1.8m $20.00

Items over 1.8m $50.00

REMOTE AREA FLAT RATE SURCHARGE FOR ALL ITEMS OVER 5KG (Charged by Toll)

You will be contacted if your address is in a remote area with additional fee to pay

*FREE SHIPPING & SAME DAY SYDNEY SERVICE CONDITIONS

We will ship all orders over $350.00 free of charge within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

This includes 1 parcel up to the cubic weight of 25kg. Extra charges may apply for multiple items, you will be notified.

If an order is placed before 7:30am on Monday to Friday, and the item is in stock, you will receive your order the same day provided you are in the Sydney Metro delivery zone.

 

Delays

E&S will not provide compensation to a customer due to delays in dispatch or delays resulting from our carrier & freight partners.

If an order is marked as urgent we will contact you to provide an accurate ETA.
