Returns Policy

In the event that a product needs returning, our policies are listed below:

 

Faulty product

If the product is deemed to be faulty and is within warranty period, you may proceed in returning the product to us via courier/post provided:

   1.1 It is within the products warranty period.

   1.2 A copy of your tax invoice is attached with the goods.

   1.3 The product is returned with all components it came with.

   1.4 If you are returning via post/courier, please contact us first to obtain a return authorisation number.

   1.5 Customer to pay for shipping to and fromE&S Electrical Wholesalers for all warranty issues.

 

   2. Unwanted/Unused Items

We offer a 30 day from receipt of goods policy on all unwanted products. You will receive a refund in full if your return is within this 30 day period.

   2.1 The item is to be returned in perfect condition ie no dented or damaged boxes, torn plastics and no warn out packaging.

   2.2 Please contact us to receive a return authorisation number on 02 9758 9100 or email sales@eands.net.au

   2.3 You will receive a refund with the same method your original payment was made less freight charges and fee's.

   2.4 Customer to pay for shipping back to E&S Electrical Wholesalers.

   2.5 All products that are deemed as test equipment ie: Volt Testers, Multi Meters etc, are non-refundable so please choose carefully before making a purchase. If the product is faulty and still within its warranty period, you will receive a replacement or repair (whichever is relevant).

   2.6 You will not receive a refund of your paypal fee. If you paid with Amex,Visa or Mastercard, you will receive a 3% admin fee.

   2.7 *Re-stocking fees are on less than 5% of our products and are mainly on a case by case basis.

   2.8 If the item is a Clearance line, it is non-returnable

   2.9 If you are unsure if the item is suitable once you receive it due to size or dimensions, please research online before opening and tearing boxes. Its best to get your electrician to investigate.

 

   3. Special order

   3.1 Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer returns on any special items ordered.

 

  1. Shipping Errors

If you receive an item by mistake, we do apologise.

   4.1 The item must be in its original condition, no torn packaging of any kind.

   4.2 Please contact us to receive a return authorisation number.

   4.3 We will cover the shipping costs to and from E&S Electrical Wholesalers.

      

     5. Cancelled orders

Product stock levels change by the hour as we also operate counter sales. That being said, our suppliers stock levels also change by the hour, as they are supplying the whole of Australia. Please phone us to check product availability before you order if delivery times are urgent, and our staff will let you know the availability. 

If you can no longer wait for your product to be shipped due to suppliers back orders and product shortages in the market. 

    5.1 You will be refunded less paypal fee. Your order will also attract a 3% administration fee

 

Please email us at sales@eands.net.au to request a product return within 30 days of receipt. No products will be eligible to return beyond the 30 days.
